What RiPhone Care+ covers
How it works
In the event of accidental damage, contact us by email or WhatsApp with a photo of the damage and your order number.
We will send you a prepaid label to return the damaged device.
Within 5 working days of receiving your device, we will dispatch a replacement of the same model and grade.
Terms and conditions — RiPhone Care+
1. Coverage: RiPhone Care+ covers accidental damage to the device for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. Coverage includes drop damage, liquid damage, cracked screen and body damage.
2. Activation: RiPhone Care+ must be purchased at the same time as the device. It is not possible to add coverage after purchase.
3. Number of claims: The coverage allows for a maximum of 1 replacement claim within the 24-month period. Once the claim has been used, the coverage is considered exhausted.
4. Replacement device: The replacement device will be the same model, capacity and grade (or higher) as the original device. Colour may vary subject to availability.
5. Exclusions: The following are excluded from coverage: intentional damage, theft or loss, damage caused by unauthorised repairs, cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality, and devices with unauthorised software modifications (jailbreak).
6. Timeframes: The claim must be submitted within 7 days of the damage occurring. The replacement device will be dispatched within 5 working days of receiving the damaged device.
7. Transferability: RiPhone Care+ coverage is non-transferable and non-refundable once activated.
8. Standard warranty: RiPhone Care+ is an additional service and does not replace the standard 24-month warranty, which remains active for manufacturing defects and malfunctions.
